Speaker Punjab Legislative Assembly Kultar Singh Sandhwan confers degrees on more than 1600 students at 1st Convocation of CT University

Ludhiana, November 18, 2022: As the graduates filled the room, the excitement was palpable and the spirit was strong. This cheerful and heart-warming scenario was witnessed at 1st Convocation of CT University. As many as 1600 postgraduates and graduates of 2018 to 2022 passed out batches were awarded degrees in a convocation ceremony organized in open air theatre, CT University
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembly Kultar Singh Sandhwan. He delivered the Convocation Address.
In his address, Kultar Singh Sandhwan shared the tale of his success and stressed on the introduction of new technology. He said, “I congratulate all the degree holders today as it’s the reward of their hard work and sincerity during their college days. Go and Face the real challenges in the world, explore the best out of you and focus on positivity. You must work hard with a positive mindset in order to touch the pinnacle of success.”
The welcome speech was delivered Chancellor Charanjit S Channi. The convocation was organised by Registrar, Sarabpreet Singha along with Examination controller Dr. Parveen and Dean Academics (Off.) Dr. Pooja.

At the convocation, more than 1600 students of Pharmacy, Hospitality, Engineering, Law and other streams were honoured. Achievers from various programs were honoured with the University Gold Medals, and Merit Certificates. In total, 96 Gold Medals were presented to the distinguished achievers.
Charanjit Singh Channi, Chancellor, CTU said, “My experiences prompt me to say that today’s Achievement may fade or even forgotten. The applause and appreciation may become a distant memory. Your certificates and medals may gather dust on a shelf or displayed on the wall. But you always will be remembered for caring enough, for helping someone, for making someone feel special and appreciated for being the kind. I have no doubt that you will get the very best in life.”
Pro-Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh and Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh thanked the Chief Guest for accepting to grace this day with his presence.
