Social Outreach Program at KMV

Always extending helping hand Jalandhar, June 10, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Autonomous and Heritage Institution, Jalandhar, No.1 College in India (India Today Ranking 2019) has been committed to the cause of spreading smiles among the under privileged sections through its various initiatives. In this context the students of the history department donated toys to the students of charitable school adopted by the college, where various activities have been under taken in the past ten years. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the efforts of the department of history for taking up this noble initiative of creating a sense of empathy among the college students. She further encouraged the students to take up more such initiatives. She congratulated the head of the department Dr. Gurjot Kaur and Dr. Monica Sharma for motivating the students.
