Short Film “The Pride of Peacock is Glory of God” released by Padma Bhushan Dr.S.S.Johl Former Chancellor in Ludhiana

Ludhiana, June 18, 2022: To appraise the residents of Ludhiana that our City is blessed to have vivid colours of Nature in the forest area of Punjab Agricultural University Campus Ludhiana, where one can witness the National Bird Peacocks in abundance showcasing their beauty of feathers in the lap of Nature. This is the theme of the beautiful short Film, “The Pride of Peacock is Glory of God” made by city-based Nature Artist Harpreet Sandhu which was today released by Padma Bhushan Dr.S.S.Johl Former Chancellor & Vice Chancellor in Ludhiana. 

The Film depicts the serene and stunning beauty Natural of beauty of our National Bird Peacock which has seldom been highlighted ever in Ludhiana, the Film not only highlights the mesmerizing scenes of the dancing Peacocks with amazing flora and fauna in the background but also the Film Director Harpreet Sandhu has captured the flying Peacock with the true singing melody voice of National Bird. Hence the Film will be an eye catching experience for   its viewers to be more mindful of the surrounding environment and will further ignite Nature lovers to explore Peacocks roaming in abundance in PAU Forest area
Today after releasing the Short film Padma Bhushan Dr.S.S.Johl Former Chancellor & Vice Chancellor highly appreciated the meaningful artistic work and concept initiated by Nature Artist Harpreet Sandhu in coming up with a such a beautiful short film which will surely captivate the people of Ludhiana to rededicate themselves for preservation of Nature and preview the live location situated in Ludhiana where they can witness Peacocks in abundance.

Director of the Documentary Film said I have tried to encapsulate the human’s indispensable bond with our National Bird Peacock’s beauty with appropriate title as quoted by famous international Author William Blake “The Pride of Peacock is Glory of God” which will definitely encourage not only the nature lovers but the other residents of Ludhiana who on day to day basis go for morning- evening walks in PAU Campus to have glimpse of this unseen beauty of Peacocks in Ludhiana.
