Mumbai, February 8, 2018: Leading real estate developer Shivalik Ventures have launched its premium residential project ‘Bandra North’ today. The mega housing project is spread across 6617 sq.mts plus of land between Bandra, Khar and Santracruz. The major redevelopment project taken up by Shivalik Ventures will have 874 apartments spread across 14 wings.

According to recent industry reports, the demand for 1BHK apartments has witnessed an upswing in Mumbai following migration of people from smaller cities. The demand increased more because of nuclear family structure and availability of 1BHK apartments at an affordable cost.
