Seven jodis, endless pangas! COLORS returns with ‘Dhamaal with Pati Patni Aur Panga’ for Season 2

Mumbai, October 10, 2026: After making a splash with its unique take on relationships, COLORS returns with its relationship reality franchise, ‘Dhamaal with Pati Patni Aur Panga – Jodiyon Ka Reality Check’, for a bigger and bolder second season. Taking the spotlight from picture-perfect couple goals to the wonderfully chaotic reality of marriage, the show brings together seven celebrity jodis and puts their relationships to the ultimate test through a mix of fun, banter, surprises, revelations and, of course, plenty of panga. At the helm of this pangebaazi are Sonali Bendre Behl and Munawar Faruqui, returning as the hosts. Sonali’s effortless charm and Munawar’s sharp wit come together to keep the banter lively as they uncover the personalities, quirks and dynamics of the jodis beyond couple goals. Produced by Story Weavers Collective, Nivea body milk and ORN.com co-present 'Dhamaal with Pati Patni Aur Panga - Jodiyon ka reality check' fragrance partner Envy perfume, cooking partner Silver coin chakki fresh aata premiering on 10th October every Saturday and Sunday 9 PM only on COLORS and JioHotstar.
Speaking about the show, Alok Jain, Head - Hindi & English Entertainment (Streaming, TV & Studios), JioStar said, “We have always believed that the shows with the greatest ability to travel are ones that are rooted in the heartland of Bharat and reflect emotions that are universal. It is this ability to turn relatable, everyday human experiences into shared conversations that makes unscripted reality entertainment such a powerful cultural force today. Dhamaal with Pati Patni Aur Panga is a strong example of this. The phenomenal response to the first season demonstrated the power of honesty, relatability and emotional connect. With Season 2, we are building on that foundation with new dynamics, fresh stories and deeper relationship narratives, while retaining the authenticity that made the show resonate. As the franchise enters its next chapter, we are delighted to have our sponsors come on this journey with us. Their continued trust and partnership play an important role in helping us build Dhamaal with Pati Patni Aur Panga into a larger entertainment property - one that extends beyond television and sparks conversations across digital ecosystem.”
No two marriages are quite the same, and that is exactly what makes the seven jodis on the show so entertaining. Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar have a dynamic where Disha is constantly on alert, wondering what unfiltered thought Rahul might let slip next and whether he can ever take it back! Arjun Bijlani and Neha Swami Bijlani bring their own brand of panga, with Arjun often stepping into full-on saas mode, nitpicking, spotting faults and telling Neha exactly how things should be done. Then there’s Shabir Ahluwalia and Kanchi Kaul, who bring the effortless swagger of the show’s power couple, while Deepika Singh and Rohit Raj Goyal have a very different equation - one where Deepika barely gives Rohit a chance to get a word in! Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and Vivek Dahiya, who have recently embraced parenthood, bring a fresh perspective to the mix as new parents, adding another relatable dimension to the many twists and turns of married life. With Manoj Tiwari and Surabhi Tiwari, the tables turn, as Manoj finds himself playing the quintessential dara hua pati, carefully navigating his wife’s reactions. Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi, meanwhile, bring 35 years of marriage to the table and if their equation is anything to go by, Parmeet has long mastered the art of listening when Archana speaks!
As she gets ready to put the jodis to the test, Sonali Bendre Behl shares, “As she gets ready to put the jodis to the test once again, Sonali Bendre Behl shares, “The first season was a completely new experience for me, and I have to say, I enjoyed it more than I had imagined! It was exhausting, exhilarating, unpredictable and everything in between. What I really enjoyed was getting to know these couples beyond what we usually see of them. Their quirks, disagreements, little moments of affection and everything that makes each relationship unique. There were moments that had us laughing uncontrollably and others that genuinely surprised me. I think that’s what audiences connected with too… that beneath the celebrity personas, there’s so much that feels familiar and relatable. And of course, sharing this experience with Munawar made it even more fun. We have very different personalities, which I think worked really well together. I'm excited to be back for season two, to meet a whole new set of jodis and see what surprises, laughter and panga they have in store for us!”
Back with his signature with and humour, Munawar Faruqui said, “The first season of this show was a very special chapter for me. It was my first time stepping into the world of reality hosting, and I discovered a completely different side of myself through the show. The love and recognition the show brought my way was something I’m genuinely grateful for. Now, returning for Season 2 feels even more exciting because I know what we’re in for - seven couples, their unique equations and a lot of situations where you really don’t know what is going to happen next! And Sonali ma’am brings so much warmth and grace - we have developed a very natural rhythm together. I’m excited about having a lot of fun with these jodis and, hopefully, giving audiences plenty of reasons to laugh and have a good time”
