Service to humanity is service to God- Kultar Singh Sandhwan

Jagraon (Ludhiana) , February 11, 2024: Punjab Legislative Assembly Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan on Sunday said that service to mankind was a service to the God. 

After inaugurating a blood donation and eye-check up camp with Baba Jiwan Singh  organized in the memory of Kuldeep Singh Grewal with association of All Friends Sports and Welfare Club and Jagraon Lions Club, Sandhwan said that selfless service for the cause of humanity was same as worshiping to God and those who devote their lives for the betterment of the humanity is loved by God.

Accompanied by MLA Sarvjit Kaur Manuke, the Speaker lauded Daljinderpal Kaur Grewal and her family and said that they were doing true service to God by serving needy. He also exhorted others to follow the same to build a harmonious society. 
MLA Manuke also addressed the gathering and appreciated the efforts of the family. 

In the camp, 268 persons underwent eye-check up and 38 of them were referred for further surgery. 45 blood units were collected in blood donation camp and 75 patients were given free medicines after medical examination by doctors.
