Ludhiana, May 6, 2026: Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee has appointed senior Congress leader and former Chairman of the Punjab Large Industrial Development Board, Pawan Dewan, as an observer for the Jagraon Municipal Council in view of the upcoming municipal council elections in the state.
On this occasion, Pawan Dewan thanked Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring and the party high command, stating that he will carry out his responsibility with full dedication and make every possible effort to ensure the party’s victory.
It is worth noting that, as an observer, Pawan Dewan will be responsible for overseeing election preparations, coordinating the selection of potential candidates, and working closely with local party workers to secure a win.
