Ludhiana, January 17, 2023: Senior Citizens’ Conclave distributed merit cum means scholarships to 112 poor and needy students of 12 Girls’ colleges and one Senior Secondary School amounting to Rs. 3,18,000 in a ceremony held at Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust.

Scholarship distribution is a yearly feature with the aim of serving the marginalized sections of society. Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Chief Patron of the Conclave distributed the scholarships. 

Colonel R K Jain, President welcomed all present in the hall. He also thanked Conclave members for contributing for Scholarships. He also gave out the highlights of the Scholarship Scheme of the Conclave. He also spoke about upcoming Skill Centre of the Conclave at Civil City, Ludhiana.
