Seminar on ‘Rights and Duties of Citizens’ held at Doaba College

Jalandhar, March 26, 2022: IQAC and P.G. Dept. of Commerce and Business Management, Doaba College, Jalandhar organized Seminar on ‘Indian Constitution: Rights and Duties of Citizens.  Dr. Nirmal Singh graced the occasion as key speaker.He was accorded a hearty welcome by  Principal-Dr. Pardeep Bhandari , Dr. Naresh Malhotra =Coordinator IQAC staff and students .
Dr. Pardeep Bhandari (Principal) expressed his viewpoint regarding the moral duties of students and guided the students to imbibe ethical values. Dr. Nirmal Singh elucidated the fundamental rights with the students given by constitutions. He elaborated the duties along with various articles of the constitution in a very simplified manner. The stress was given by the speaker to align students with their rights along with their moral responsibilities. He also touched the rights given in Right to Education Act-2009. At the end welcome note was given by Dr. Nitasha Sharma
