Seminar on photography and cinematography conducted at Lyallpur Khalsa College

Jalandhar, November 18, 2021: Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar P.G. Department of Computer Science & IT conducted a photography seminar where over 98 students participated and were introduced to the latest techniques and aspects of photography and production. The children were addressed by Mr. Suraj Dogra, an expert in Photography and Cinematography and Mr. Vishal Sabharwal, Production Executive. In this function Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra told the students that photography is an important need of today's time and students should learn this kind of technique. The Head of the Department of Computer Sc. & IT, Dr. Manohar Singh said that students should participate in such sessions which enhance their knowledge. The coordinators of this seminar were Prof. Archana, Prof. Himanshu and Prof. Harpreet. Mr. Dogra explained the general techniques and elements of photography such as aperture, shutter speed, depth of field etc. Mr. Sabharwal told the children about the production. There the students also asked them more questions about the topic of the session. Students and speakers took equal part in this event. The main objective of this workshop was to acquaint the students with various techniques and professional aspects of photography so that the students can use different applications and photo editing techniques. This will enhance their skills. Dr. Manohar Singh congratulated the students for participating in this program.
