Jalandhar, December 7, 2022: Seminar entitled Cyber Security was organized by the P.G Department of Computer Science & IT. Prof Gursimran Singh was the key speaker on the occasion. He was accorded hearty welcome by Principal Dr Pardeep Bhandari, Prof Navin Joshi , faculty and 100 students participated in this event. Principal Dr Pardeep Bhandari said that the purpose of the seminar was to make the students aware of the various threats like identity theft, unauthorized stealing of official data, data damage and unauthorized access in the field of networking.
Prof. Gursimran Singh illustrated in detail bout creation of safe and strong secure password by using onscreen key board , the various difficulties that people have to face every day because of the increased reliance on internet, wireless network standards i.e., Bluetooth usage and Wi-Fi security setting .
