Seminar entitled Cloud Kitchen held in Doaba College

Jalandhar, April 18, 2023: PG Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, Doaba College, Jalandhar organized seminar on Cloud Kitchen Business for the students of BTHM and Diploma in Food Production students .  

Principal , Dr. Pardeep Bhandari said that the concept of Cloud Kitchen is gaining currency in modern business world as it gives an ample opportunity to even small business start up to become entrepreneur with cost effectiveness and it also created more job opportunities. 

Sumit Chakraborty -Executive chef of Fortune Avenue Hotel was the chief guest for this seminar. He shared various tips and techniques for this kind of business startups and the current market trends and demands. He also shared the ideas for menu planning and cost control etc. Prof. Rajesh Kumar also shared some tips regarding cloud kitchen business ideas and its emerging trends
