Chandigarh, November 23, 2022: NSS Wing of the college organized ‘Say No to Drugs Campaign’ on the campus today. The initiative was organised in collaboration with Chandigarh Police. The police team comprised of Sukhdeep Singh SHO, Shiv Kumar ASI,Jatinder Singh ASI,Amit Kumar Constable,L/c Rajmati & Jarnail Singh.
It was an interactive session wherein the ill effects of drug consumption were highlighted. SHO Sukhdeep Singh also elaborated on the role played by Chandigarh Police in rendering the support to residents & students to curb this menace. More than 50 NSS Volunteers attended the session.
Principal of the college, Prof. Sudha Katyal encouraged the importance of such campaigns and urged the students to be aware of such menaces engulfing the society.
