Sat Paul Mittal School Student, Rayansh Gupta Shines at International Earth Science Olympiad 2025
Adding yet another feather in his cap, Rayansh Gupta of Class XII of Sat Paul Mittal School has brought laurels to the nation and school by winning two medals – a Gold and a Silver along with the prestigious GYM Reporter Award at the 18th International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO 2025) held in Jining, China.

Ludhiana, August 20, 2025: Adding yet another feather in his cap, Rayansh Gupta of Class XII of Sat Paul Mittal School has brought laurels to the nation and school by winning two medals – a Gold and a Silver along with the prestigious GYM Reporter Award at the 18th International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO 2025) held in Jining, China.
The Olympiad witnessed participation from 31 countries across the globe, including the USA, Japan, China, Germany and Australia. Showcasing India’s growing strength in the field of science education and innovation, Team India secured a total of 7 medals and 1 special award.
Supported by the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), Government of India, this remarkable achievement highlights India’s growing strength in science education, research and innovation.
