Saras Mela to dazzle with star performers from Oct 4 to 13
With the district administration hosting the vibrant Saras Mela from October 4 to October 13, 2025, the grand event will also showcase an amazing line-up of renowned Punjabi artists, promising unforgettable evenings filled with music and entertainment.
Ludhiana, Sep 29, 2025: With the district administration hosting the vibrant Saras Mela from October 4 to October 13, 2025, the grand event will also showcase an amazing line-up of renowned Punjabi artists, promising unforgettable evenings filled with music and entertainment.
The Mela will kick off on October 4 with the legendary Gurdas Maan, followed by Kulwinder Billa on October 5, and the dynamic duo Basant Kur and Pari Pandher on October 6. On October 7, Kanwar Grewal and Manraj Patar will take the stage, while October 8 will feature a stellar ensemble of Gurnam Bhullar, Sweetaj Brar, Prabh Bains, Asmeet Sehra, and Kala Grewal.
The enthusiasm continues with Dilpreet Dhillon and Vicky Dhillon on October 9, the soulful Satinder Sartaaj on October 10, and Ranjit Bawa on October 11. Josh Brar, featuring Gitaj Bindrakhia, will energize the crowd on October 12, and Gippy Grewal will close the Mela with chart-topping hits on October 13. Each evening, these celebrated artists will deliver captivating performances, weaving together Punjabi folk, contemporary, and Sufi melodies to enthrall audiences.
Deputy Commissioner Himanshu Jain announced that all proceeds from the Saras Mela will be donated to Flood Relief Funds, supporting people affected by recent floods. He emphasized that the event serves as both a celebration of Punjab’s vibrant culture and a meaningful opportunity to aid those in need.
Jain warmly invited residents to attend in large numbers, enjoy the spectacular performances, and contribute to the district administration’s efforts to support flood-affected families. In addition to the musical extravaganza, the Mela will offer a rich experience of Punjab’s heritage through cultural exhibits showcasing traditional arts and crafts, food stalls serving authentic Punjabi delicacies, and family-friendly activities for all ages.
