Sanskrit and Hindi Departments of HMV organized special book discussion programme

Jalandhar, November 25, 2021: The Sanskrit and Hindi Departments of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar organized a special book discussion programme in collaboration with Ms. Beenu Rajput Films. The book discussed was “Sh.madudhamsinghcharitam” written by Dr. Rishiraj Pathak. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated Dr. Rishiraj Pathak for his book and said that this book will definitely help the students in increasing their knowledge. Dean Youth Welfare Mrs. Navroop Kaur and Mrs. Mamta, Dean Vedic Studies welcomed him with planter and souvenir. Dr. Rishiraj  Pathak initiated the discussion and said that this book is originally written in Sanskrit but its each para is also translated in English, Hindi and Punjabi. The character of S. Udham Singh is discussed in it. It is an historical book in which truth is depicted. The students asked so many questions from him during interactive session. Ms. Beenu Rajput  also appreciated Dr. Pathak for his contribution in literature. Stage was conducted by Head of Hindi Department Dr. Jyoti Gogia. Vote of thanks was presented by Head of Sanskrit Department Dr. Meenu Talwar. On this occasion, Mrs. Pawan Kumari from Hindi Department and Mrs. Protima Mander from History Department were also present.
