Sankara Eye Foundation, India enters Limca book of records

Ludhiana, August 24, 2016: Getting into Limca Book of Records is indeed a morale booster for any organization.
Sankara Eye Foundation, India secured a place in the Limca Book of Records as an Eye care Institution which has conducted Vision Screening for 14,918 school Children in one day.
Sankara Eye Foundation organised this massive Vision Screening across India through the various Sankara Eye Hospitals on the occasion of Children’s Day.
Mr Binny Abraham, Unit Head - Sankara Eye Hospital said “Its indeed our continuous effort by Sankara Eye Foundation across the country to deliver quality eye care. As we are created in God’s own image, reaching out to the poor and needy is reaching out to the fellow brothers and sisters. We encourage all citizens of the Ludhiana and the state of Punjab to join hands in eradicating curable blindness from our state like we did for POLIO”.
