Sakkshi Mhadolkar Shares Her Journey as Jr NTR Launches the Mowgli 2025 Teaser

For debut actress Sakkshi Mhadolkar, Mowgli 2025 is not just a film — it is the realisation of a long-awaited dream shaped by her love for Telugu cinema. That dream reached an unforgettable milestone when Young Tiger Jr NTR launched the official teaser of her debut film, marking one of the most emotional and significant moments of her journey.

The teaser, unveiled by Jr NTR, has already generated strong buzz. Directed by National Award-winner Sandeep Raj and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under the People Media Factory banner, the film is set for a grand worldwide release on December 12, 2025.

Set against a visually stunning forest backdrop, Mowgli 2025 blends romance, action, and mythology. The teaser hints at a modern-day Ramayana interpretation, with Roshan Kanakala portraying a Rama-like protagonist, Sakkshi Mhadolkar stepping into a Sita-like role with emotional depth, and Bandi Saroj Kumar embodying a fierce Ravana-inspired antagonist.

The story follows a peace-loving young man whose serene life and blossoming love are shattered by the arrival of a ruthless police officer. The teaser showcases this contrast between tranquillity and turmoil, love and conflict, with striking symbolic undertones.

In the film, Sakkshi plays a hearing- and speech-impaired young woman — a role that demanded expressive sensitivity and emotional precision. “This character taught me how powerful silence can be,” she says. “It helped me grow as an artist and as a human being.”

The technical strength of the film is evident through the breathtaking cinematography by Rama Maruti M, who captures the mystique and beauty of the forests, and the soul-stirring score by Kaala Bhairava, which enriches the emotional fabric of the story.
