Sakhi’s social media addiction creates nuisance for Sai Darshan society members on Sony SAB’s Wagle Ki Duniya

The upcoming track on Sony SAB’s Wagle Ki Duniya sheds light on social media obsession which has been increasing at an alarming rate. It is a known fact that teens and adults alike check their phones more than 150 times a day, however, in the upcoming episodes viewers will witness Sakhi’s obsession for social media and the ruckus it creates in everyone’s lives.

Anvita and Sakhi are discussing social media, when Anvita tells her that these days it’s so imperative to have a high social media following as it dictates how important and popular you are on the internet. She flexes her 10k following and Sakhi is instantly jealous. Sakhi decides for herself that she will now increase her followers. Sakhi will go to any lengths to get herself more followers than Anvita. Right from pranking members of Sai Dham society to doing crazy things like recording herself wearing the most number of clothes, Sakhi’s obsession with social media begins to get out of hand.  Vandana and Rajesh are worried about her behaviour and are thinking of a way to put a stop to all this. Will Sakhi realize the consequences of her actions?

It becomes very crucial for parents to monitor their kids' screen time. At this point it will be interesting to see how Vandana takes control of Sakhi’s behaviour.”
