‘Safar-e-Shahadat’, dedicated to the sacrifice of the four Sahibzadas and Mata Gujri, will be held from December 22 to 27, in various Gurdwaras in Rohtak

Rohtak, December 20, 2025: The Safar-e-Shahadat program will be organized in various Gurdwaras of the city to pay homage to the unparalleled sacrifice of the Mata Gujri Ji and four Sahibzadas of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

Under this series, organized with the cooperation of the Sangat (congregation), renowned Kirtan singers of the Panth will recite hymns praising the Guru's glory daily from 8 pm to 10 pm, from December 22 to 27.

Under the Safar-e-Shahadat program, on December 22 (Monday) Giani Amrik Singh (Chandigarh) will perform at Gurdwara Guru Nanak Darbar in Shivaji Colony. On December 23 (Tuesday) Giani Jaswinder Singh Dardi (Amritsar) will perform at Gurdwara Baba Soma Shah in DLF Colony. On December 24 (Wednesday) Bhai Gurpreet Singh (Shimla) will perform at Gurdwara Tikana Bhai Moola Sahib. On December 25 (Thursday) Bhai Jaswinder Singh Shahur (Amritsar) will perform at Gurdwara Tikana Bhai Moola Sahib. On December 26 (Friday) Jathedar Baljit Singh (Daduwal) will perform at Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Subhash Nagar. On December 27 (Saturday) Baba Amarjit Singh (Nanaksar Wale) will remember the heroic tales and supreme sacrifice of the Sahibzadas at Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Model Town. Langar (community meal) will be served after the program.
