Bengaluru, May 12, 2025: RV University (RVU), a Bengaluru-based new-age tech-driven liberal education university, has partnered  with Arizona State University (ASU) that  will enable RVU students  to pursue a variety of undergraduate and master’s degrees in key disciplines such as Computer Science and Engineering, Business, Management, Design and Liberal Arts.

The collaboration sets the stage for student exchange programmes, shared academic initiatives, and the introduction of new learning pathways for students at RVU. As part of the agreement, pathway programmes will be introduced.

D.P. Nagaraj, Pro Chancellor, RV University, said: “This collaboration creates new opportunities for students to access education through different formats. We see this as the beginning of further cooperation between RV University and Arizona State University.”

“Our mission is to make educational opportunities more universally accessible. Together with Cintana's expertise, ASU is committed to driving a global movement that expands access to higher education while elevating the quality of outcomes. Our collaboration with RV University exemplifies this dedication, and it is precisely what we are striving to achieve,” said Dr. Michael M. Crow, President, Arizona State University

Speaking at the launch event and representing ASU, Dr. Chris Johnson, Senior Director and Head of Global Partnership Development said "Arizona State University is excited to collaborate with RV University to extend our commitment to inclusive, high-impact education. This partnership opens new avenues for Indian students to benefit from ASU’s strengths in research, innovation, and global scale. In line with our charter—to be measured not by whom we exclude, but by whom we include and how they succeed—this initiative is a meaningful step toward expanding access and empowering learners to thrive in a rapidly evolving world."

This collaboration is a general framework and outlines areas of possible cooperation including academic programmes, research, and student and faculty mobility.
