RTWA celebrates festival of Rakhi

Members of Regional Tibetan Women Association (RTWA) celebrated the festival of Rakhi at Dharamsala (Himachal Pradesh), on Tuesday. On the occasion, they tied Rakhi to representatives of different associations of Indian community besides Basu Kaushal, District Forest Officers (DFO) of Kangra. They also tied Rakhi to tree also as a mark of promoting forestation.
