Jalandhar, October 30, 2013: Brig (Retd.) Jagdish Gagneja, Prant Seh-Sangchalak, RSS-Punjab, has said RSS demanded immediate attention of the government towards the sensitive issues relating to the International Border.
Addressing a press conference here today, he added a resolution had already been passed in this regard in the national executive committee meeting of RSS held in Kochi recently. He added the boundaries of eight nations touched the Indian boundaries. He said there prevailed unemployment and lack of civic amenities in the Border areas.
He lauded the paramilitary forces in keeping strict vigil on the International Border. He said the Indian masses should also completely cooperate to the paramilitary forces in curbing the menace of militancy.
He regretted that certain communal forces were bent upon to disturb peace in the country.
