RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Dedicated Entire Life to Social Change: Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan

Ludhiana, September 11, 2025: National BJP leader Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan has paid glowing tribute to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat on the occasion of his 75th birthday, describing him as a “visionary who dedicated his entire life to social change, national regeneration, and harmony.”

Grewal said that Mohan Bhagwat’s journey has been one of simplicity, sacrifice, and service. “His life is a living example of how one man’s vision, rooted deeply in Indian culture and values, can inspire millions to walk the path of discipline, patriotism, and selfless work for society,” he noted.

Highlighting Bhagwat’s guiding principle of Rashtra Pratham (Nation First), Grewal said, “In today’s materialistic world, where personal ambitions often overshadow collective good, Mohan Bhagwat Ji has stood tall with his unwavering commitment to Maa Bharti. He has reminded us time and again that service to the nation is the highest duty.”

Grewal further observed that Bhagwat’s leadership has been transformative in the Sangh’s 100-year journey. “From reforming training methods to adopting modern tools like technology during the COVID-19 pandemic, to ensuring Sangh’s active participation in national missions like Swachh Bharat and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Mohan’s tenure reflects a perfect blend of continuity and progressive adaptation.”

Praising Bhagwat’s deep bond with the people, Grewal said that “His humility, accessibility, and natural warmth have touched the lives of the poor, downtrodden, and rural India. This connect with society is what makes RSS not just an organisation, but a movement of the people.”

Grewal hailed the Panch Parivartan concept introduced by Mohan Bhagwat, focusing on social harmony, family values, environmental awareness, national selfhood, and civic duties. He described it as “a roadmap for India’s rejuvenation that every citizen can practice in daily life.”

He also emphasised that in a world facing the menace of radicalism and terrorism, Mohan Bhagwat’s vision stands as a beacon of peace and brotherhood. “Carrying forward Swami Vivekananda’s immortal message of universal brotherhood, he has shown that India’s true strength lies in unity amidst diversity,” Grewal remarked.

As Mohan Bhagwat marks his 75th year, Grewal said his life would be remembered for complete dedication to Bharat Mata. “For generations to come, his name will be spoken with reverence as a leader who never sought power, wealth, or fame, but only sought to serve and uplift society.”

Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan said that “I bow my head with respect and gratitude to Mohan Bhagwat and pray to Almighty for his long, healthy, and purposeful life. The flame of values, patriotism, and unity he has ignited will continue to guide India on its destined path to becoming Vishwa Guru.”
