Road show regarding Punjab Progressive Investors Summit in city on Oct 29

Ludhiana, October 23, 2019: Deputy Commissioner Mr Pradeep Kumar Agrawal informed that the Punjab Progressive Investors Summit is scheduled for December 5-6, 2019 at Indian School of Business, Mohali.
It is a prestigious event to showcase the strength of the state and to attract new investments. In this regard, a road show would be organised in the city on October 29, 2019.
A pre event meeting was held today at the Conference Hall of UCPMA, Gill Road, here, under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana. In this meeting more than 100 industrialists from various Industrial Association of Ludhiana participated. A detailed presentation on Industrial and Business Development Policy-2017 and Ease of Doing Business in Punjab was given by Mr. Deepak of KPMG. The issues raised by various Industrialists were addressed by General Manager, District Industries Centre, Ludhiana. Deputy Commissioner urged the industrialists to participate in the upcoming road show on October 29, 2019.
Others present in the meeting included Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) Mrs Amrit Singh, Mr Jagbir Singh Sokhi, Mr DS Chawla, Mr Gurmeet Singh Kular, besides several others.
