RMZ Appoints Tata Projects to Construct RMZ Infinity in Chennai; Awards ~INR 670 Crore Contract for Main Civil Works

Bengaluru, August 05, 2026: RMZ, India's largest privately owned real assets platform, has appointed TATA Projects Limited, one of India's fastest growing and most admired infrastructure companies, for the construction of ‘RMZ Infinity’, a landmark commercial development in Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Under the agreement, Tata Projects has been awarded a contract worth approximately INR 670.24 crore for the execution of the project's main civil works.
Strategically located on Mount Poonamallee Road, the project is the latest addition to RMZ's Chennai portfolio. Built on progressive design, advanced technology, and sustainable, weather-resilient architecture, the development is USGBC LEED Gold pre-certified and targets WELL Gold certification reinforcing the city's emergence as a key office corridor. RMZ Infinity will comprise four commercial towers with a total leasable area of 2.94 mn sq. ft across 16.4 acres, each configured as three basements, ground, and nine office floors, along with a separate utility building of ground and two floors. The asset type is primarily catered to global GCC’s, with floor sizes ranging from 22,000 SFT to 1,32,000 SFT.
As part of the contract, Tata Projects will execute the complete core and shell construction, including civil, structural and architectural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, common area finishes, basement flooring, fire-rated doors, external finishes and painting works.
