Ritesh Properties & industries Ltd launches new project ‘Hampton Estates’ and Exploring New Business Areas

Ludhiana, May 12, 2023: Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited (RPIL), comprising of veteran professionals in the real estate industry, has recently launched a project named as “Hampton Estates” which is projected to be one of its kind with state-of-the-art infrastructure development. 

According to Sanjeev Arora, Managing Director, Ritesh Properties and Industries Ltd. (RPIL), the project is located on NH 5 (Chandigarh-Ludhiana highway) within Municipal Limits of Ludhiana which is around 800 meters away from its existing project Hampton Court Business Park (HCBP). HCBP is Punjab’s first ever clean, green, International Business Park being developed by RPIL.

The strategic location of the Hampton Estates is anticipated to be a perfect project for dream home to many families. The estimated cost of the project is around Rs.100 Crores, and it is spread over 12 acres of land including 111 residential plots of 250 square yards each & commercial properties including 25 brand outlets. The project is expected to be completed by end of first half of 2024.

At the same time, the Company is venturing into New Business Area with growing ingress of velocious internet connectivity and increasing electronic gadgets proficiency among customers, their buying behaviour has evolved to prefer digital solutions across the value chain. Hence, for diversifying its business operations, the Company is proposing to enter in the new business area of dealing, distribution, trading, import and export of electronic gadgets including but not limited to computers, laptops, iPad, Tablets, data processing equipment, gadgets including mobile phones, or video conference devices etc. This Business will provide sustainable and stable revenue for the Company.
