Renowned Nutritionist Nikita Garg encourages girl students to explore their entrepreneurial potential

Sonipat, 26 August 2025:  A workshop was organized by the Sports Club of GVM Girls College under the Entrepreneurship Fortnight.

Director of Entech Wellness, Mumbai and renowned nutritionist Nikita Garg was the keynote speaker in this workshop organized on the topic -From Passion to Practice: My Journey as a Nutrition Entrepreneur.

Nikita Garg shared the details of her life journey with the students – the transformation from a successful engineer to a nutritionist. In her address on the topic -From Roots to Results: My Story of Building a Nutrition Business and My Path to Nutrition Entrepreneurship: Challenges Triumphs and Lessons, she discussed the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in particular and also gave tips to overcome these challenges. She encouraged the students to explore their entrepreneurial potential.

Discussing various aspects related to nutrition, Nutritionist Nikita Garg said that nutritious food helps in keeping us healthy as well as protecting us from many mental and physical diseases. Sharing her fitness journey, she said that it not only brought changes in the body; but by starting entrepreneurship in the field of fitness, she also brought change in the lives of countless people by making them healthy and fit.

In the beginning, College Principal Dr. Manjula Spah welcomed the keynote speaker. She said that there is a need to seriously understand an important subject like nutrition. College Sports Coordinator Anu Dahiya expressed vote of thanks. Retired Sports Director of MDU, Rohtak Prof. RP Garg alongwith faculty members Dr. Naveen Kumari, Dr. Smiti Aggarwal, Monica, Rosie Chopra, Meenu, Dr. Vandana, Rohini Madan, Archana and students attended the workshop.
