Renowned Indian Author Amish Tripathi Inspires Youth at the Grand I.I.M.U.N. Jalandhar Conference 2025 at LPU

Jalandhar, November 12, 2025:  A powerful celebration of intellect, leadership, and culture came alive at Lovely Professional University (LPU) during the India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (I.I.M.U.N.) Jalandhar Conference 2025. The three-day event brought together over 2000+ young delegates from leading institutions, transforming the LPU campus into a buzzing hub of ideas, diplomacy, and collaboration. It beautifully reflected India’s timeless philosophy of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” the world is one family as future leaders deliberated on global challenges while keeping an Indian ethos at heart.
The conference was graced in the distinguished presence of renowned Indian author and Advisor, I.I.M.U.N., Amish Tripathi; Dr. Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vice-Chancellor of LPU; Dr. Sorabh Lakhanpal, Executive Dean; and Arshyan Malik, Senior Director, I.I.M.U.N. Amish Tripathi inspired the young audience with his deeply thought provoking address on the importance of harmonizing intellect with empathy. Drawing from India’s vast cultural heritage, he urged the youth to embrace leadership that is rooted in values yet visionary in outlook. His interactive session with the delegates became one of the most memorable highlights of the conference, leaving everyone with reflections on purpose, identity, and the idea of nation-building.
Throughout the sessions, delegates stepped into the shoes of diplomats and policymakers, debating and discussing pressing global issues such as gender-based violence, youth unemployment, and the mental health implications of social media. Adding further insight and real-world perspective, Neelam Mahay, Deputy Director of the District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises, Jalandhar, shared her expertise with the young minds.

A mesmerizing cultural showcase followed, featuring classical dance performances, energetic western choreographies, and a powerful drumming act by Agamjot Singh. The performances beautifully echoed the theme “Indian at Heart, International in Mindset.”
