Rang-Tarang 2025 Celebrated with Great Enthusiasm at Guru Hargobind Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar
Guru Hargobind Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar, Ludhiana, organized its much-awaited inter-school academic and cultural fest Rang-Tarang 2025, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 500 students representing 18 schools.

Ludhiana, October 17, 2025: Guru Hargobind Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar, Ludhiana, organized its much-awaited inter-school academic and cultural fest Rang-Tarang 2025, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 500 students representing 18 schools.
The fest aimed to nurture creativity, confidence, and cultural awareness among students. The college campus buzzed with energy and color as students showcased their talents in a diverse range of competitions, including beautiful handwriting, turban tying, one picture–my story, speech, poster making, cartooning, mehndi, face painting, folk song, solo and group dance, flower decoration, working model, paper reading, rangoli, essay writing, quiz, salad decoration, and “Nothing is Useless.” Each competition reflected the creativity, imagination, and enthusiasm of the young participants.
In the overall results, Broadway Public School, Manal (Barnala) clinched the Overall Trophy with 154 points, while Swami Roop Chand Jain Senior Secondary Public School, Jagraon, secured the second position with 98 points.
Addressing the gathering, College Principal Inderjit Singh highlighted the importance of such events in fostering holistic education. He emphasized that co-curricular activities not only enhance students’ talents but also play a vital role in shaping their personalities and leadership skills. He also lauded the college’s long-standing commitment to promoting academic excellence and cultural vibrancy through such initiatives.
All participants received certificates, while the winners were honoured with medals for their outstanding performances. Program Coordinators Prof. S. K. Gupta and Dr. Rajinder Singh expressed heartfelt gratitude to all participating schools, teachers, and guests for their enthusiastic support. Dr. Sohan Singh and Dr. Jaspreet Kaur Gulati efficiently conducted the stage proceedings, ensuring the smooth execution of the event.
