Rajnish Ahuja takes over charge of presidential responsibility of Apex Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Punjab)

Ludhiana, April 2, 2022: Rajnish Ahuja of Rajnish Industries Pvt Ltd who was elected president unanimously of Apex Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Punjab) took over charge of presidential responsibility today and addressed the general house regarding planning and working of Chamber. 

He also announced the team of Chamber's office-bearers and executive committee members (both the lists can be downloaded from here to read).

In his presidential address to general house meeting, Ahuja said, “Apex Chamber of Commerce & Industry came into existence on 7th January 1993, where in PD Sharma was elected as President and I was the founder member. Till his death in 2022 he (PD Sharma) was always elected president and his services to the Chamber and Industry will always be remembered and we will follow the path shown to us by him.

Our vision now is to make this Chamber on state-level by inducting more members from other cities and taking their suggestions & advise. On those basis, we will represent to government for solving the problems and shall give the solutions and convincing suggestions without any confrontation, strikes/dharnas for ease of doing business so that industry should flourish and prosper and hence state’s economy will improve and many jobs in different sectors will be created.

We shall be making the youth more effective into the working of Chamber because they have more innovative ideas with digital and latest thoughts, which is need of today's world scenario.

The government policies, latest requirements of technology received from members, export houses and overseas customers will be shared among members. Seminars/debates will be arranged to update the members to upgrade their business.

Above all, good relations will be maintained with the journalists of print and electronic media who are the backbone of industry's voice for making smooth cordial relation with government and ultimately for the growth of industry and Punjab state.”
