Rajinderpal Kaur Chinna, MLA appreciated CICU Skill Development Activities and distributed certificates

Ludhiana, March 9, 2024: CICU organised Certification Distribution function for Skill Certificates on Saturday at CICU Head Office, Gill Road Ludhiana. Rajinderpal Kaur Chinna, MLA South Ludhiana was Chief Guest and distributed certificates to many candidates, who had recently completed skill training courses.

 
Upkar Singh Ahuja President CICU said that these training programs will help the youth to improve their economic condition and keep them away from social evils and drug addiction. After the Skill Development Trainings, they will be available for increasing our productivity as well as ability to adopt in changing industrial environment to face global competition. We need large young population to acquire these short-term skills courses. CICU is providing these Trainings to the youths. After successful training CICU is helping these candidates to placed them in suitable jobs in its Member Industry and Trade Sectors in Punjab region.
 

He also said that CICU Technical Centre will provide Certified Skill training on Measurement & Calibration (Metrology) and Quality Inspection. Candidates from families having blue cards will be provided free job-oriented skill training at CICU Skill Development Centre. 
 

CICU- CFT committee head Satinderjit Singh Autom said that in the present scenario skill trainings are very important for the up-gradation of productivity, quality, cost reduction & improvement of environment and making our industry competitive at National & International levels for sustainable growth.
