Dharamshala, March 12, 2019: Himachal Pradesh reeled under the biting cold weather yesterday as almost all the higher areas experienced snowfall. Kothi reported the highest Snowfall with 30cm fall followed by Kalpa-24cm, Keylong-15cm, Khadrala-10cm, Manali-9cm and Pooh-6cm of snow.

Rest entire state experienced light to medium rainfall the entire Monday.

Highest Rainfall recorded at Chamba was 42cm of rain followed by Banjar-35cm,Solan-22cm, Shimla, Mashobra and Bharmaur-20 each, Salooni and Kumarsain- 19cm each, Dharampur-17cm, Bhuntar, Kasauli and Bijahi-15cm each, Pachhad and Rampur-13cm each, Sundernagar and Rohru-12cm each, Ghumarwin-11cm, Jubberhatti and Palampur-10cm each, Dharamshala, Baldwara, Nadaun, Jogindernagar and Paonta Sahib-9cm each, NagrotaSurian, Jhandutta, Sarahan, Dehragopipur and Gaggal-8cm each, Chhatrari, Mandi, Kahu, Bangana(R) and Guler -7cm each Mehre, Ghamroor, Sujanpur, Hamirpur, Nahan and Jubbal - 6cm each, Bhoranj, Janjehli, Aghar and Nainadevi 5cm each.

It was bright sunny day today for the much relief to the people.

Again, the rough weather is predicted by weather office of the state for 13th, 14th and 15th of March.
