Gurugram, July 1, 2026: Queen Elizabeth’s School, Gurugram, the first Indian campus of the globally renowned institution, has announced the launch of its inaugural Scholarship Programme, marking a significant milestone in its journey to establish a world-class academic institution rooted in ambition, character and high standards. Designed to recognise and nurture exceptional potential at an early stage, the programme will offer 20 renewable scholarships of up to 25 percent of tuition fees to students entering Year 5 through Year 9, ahead of the school’s opening in August 2026.
The Scholarship Programme reflects the institution’s enduring commitment to academic distinction and holistic development, drawing upon the rich heritage and educational philosophy of Queen Elizabeth’s School, Barnet. It seeks to identify and support young individuals who demonstrate outstanding promise across academics, sport, the creative arts, leadership and service, and who will play a defining role in shaping the founding culture of the Gurugram campus.
At the heart of this initiative lies a belief that true excellence is not singular in its expression. The programme is therefore structured across distinct pathways, each designed to recognise diverse forms of talent and aspiration. Students with strong intellectual curiosity and academic engagement will be considered for Academic Scholarships, while those exhibiting discipline and performance in sport will be supported through the Flourish Sports Scholarships, complemented by access to expert coaching and best-in-class facilities. Similarly, the Flourish Creative Arts Scholarships will nurture artistic expression across music, drama, visual and digital arts, enabling scholars to refine their craft under the guidance of specialist practitioners. The Flourish Leadership and Service Scholarships will recognise students who demonstrate initiative, empathy and a commitment to meaningful contribution, empowering them to take on leadership roles and community-focused initiatives within the school.
Scholars will benefit from a tailored and immersive development framework, ensuring that their abilities are not only identified but cultivated with rigour and continuity.
