PYDB Chairman interacts with students of Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women

Ludhiana, November 15, 2021: Punjab Youth Development Board (PYDB) Chairman Sukhwinder Singh Bindra today interacted with the students of Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women, Model Town, here and also distributed Sports Kits amongst them.
While speaking on the occasion, Chairman Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said the state government, under the able leadership of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and Sports & Youth Welfare Minister Pargat Singh, was making all out efforts to promote sports as these could play an important role in wiping out the curse of drug abuse. He said that this was need of the hour to engage the youths in the sports which could help them to excel in their lives and asked them to become ambassadors of their respective areas. 
Chairman Bindra said that the Youth of the State be kept away from drugs by channelizing their energy in right and constructive manner.
He said that Punjab Youth Development Board is fully committed for the betterment and development of the Youth of the State.
He said the state government was leaving no stone unturned to ensure that Punjab emerges as a front runner state in the arena of sports under its Tandarust Punjab Mission.
College principal Dr Maneeta Kahlon, college management committee office bearers besides several others were also present on the occasion.
