Punjab Youth Development Board to organise Mission Fateh awareness drive in state

Ludhiana: In view of Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic and to break the chain, the Punjab Youth Development Board of the Punjab government would be organising a door-to-door awareness drive through which citizens would be educated about ways to save ourselves from COVID 19. A poster in this regard was released by Deputy Commissioner Mr Varinder Sharma, here today.
While providing information, Mr Nitin Tandon, District Coordinator of the board for district Ludhiana, stated that on the directions of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh, all board members and district coordinators would visit door-to-door on July 4, 2020 in different parts of the state and educate the masses.
He said that the youth of Punjab are playing an important role in weeding out COVID 19. He said that the number of positive cases in Punjab are much less as compared to other parts of the country. The reason behind this is that the citizens are supporting the Punjab government by following all its directions. He said that it is very necessary for the citizens to follow government directions in future as well.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Mr Varinder Sharma appealed to the youth to make Mission Fateh of the Punjab government successful.
