Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan calls teachers 'Architects of Future'

Ludhiana, December 19, 2025: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan on Friday described teachers as the "architects of students' future" and urged them to actively shape young minds by integrating education with moral values, enabling the youth to play a pivotal role in nation-building.

The Speaker was presiding over the annual day celebrations of The Preplife Convent School, joined by MLA Chaudhary Madan Lal Bagga, MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi, and Mayor Principal Inderjeet Kaur.

Addressing the gathering, Sandhwan appealed to students to excel in academics and make a lasting positive impact on society. "Education is the foundation of success," he stated, encouraging them to pursue higher studies and contribute to societal welfare. He praised the Punjab government, under Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, for its tireless efforts in strengthening the education sector and delivering quality education to all students. During the event, the Speaker also distributed prizes to academic toppers.

MLA Chaudhary Madan Lal Bagga motivated students to dream big and persevere through hard work to achieve success. He highlighted the youth's crucial responsibility in elevating India to a global superpower, advising them to remain focused on goals and view failures as stepping stones to success.

School Principal Bharat Dua also extended a warm welcome to the chief guests and thanked parents for their presence at the vibrant celebrations.
