Ludhiana, May 20, 2026: A meeting under the Grievance Reversal Expedition was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Poonam Singh.
Convened under the aegis of the Punjab State Traders Commission (PSTC), the meeting brought together senior officials from various departments to review and address pending grievances raised by traders.
During the session, authorities took decisive action on complaints related to electricity infrastructure, water supply, urban development, law and order, and other trade-related issues. Several long-pending grievances were resolved on the spot, while clear timelines were issued for ongoing works. Departments were also directed to escalate matters wherever progress had stalled.
Officials informed that follow-up meetings at senior administrative levels have been scheduled to ensure continued monitoring and timely resolution of priority concerns.
Reaffirming its commitment to transparent and time-bound grievance redressal across Punjab, the PSTC stated that the meeting reflected the district administration’s continued efforts to bridge the gap between complaints and effective action on the ground.
