PUNJAB reserves seats for Kashmiri migrants

Chandigarh, July 13, 2013:The Punjab Government reserved 1 seat in various courses in admissions for Kashmiri migrants.

Disclosing this here today, a spokesman of the Punjab government said that the state government after considering the guidelines issued by All India Council for Technical Education and Ministry of Human Resources development has reserved one seat in each Engineering/MBA/MCA/M-Pharma/B-Pharma/Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Punjabi University, Engineering Colleges and Polytechnic Colleges of the state for admission of Kashmiri Migrants for the academic session 2013-2014.

He said that the counseling of the candidates would be held on August 2, 2013 in the committee room of Directorate of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab, plot No.1, Sector 36-A Chandigarh. The last date of submission of complete application July 26, 2013 positively.
