Punjab News/One IAS officer transferred

Chandigarh, November 19, 2013:  The Punjab Government today posted Kalpana Mittal Baruah, IAS as Principal Resident Commissioner, Punjab Bhawan, New Delhi and in addition Principal Resident Commissioner ( Industrial Liaison & Investment Promotion), New Delhi.
