Talwandi Sabo, December 20, 2013: Prof.Gurbhajan Singh Gill Director (Planning & Development) and president Punjabi Sahitya Acedmy Ludhiana left for Lahore to participate in world peace conference being held from December 20 to 23 alongwith a delegation of 15 members led by Deepak Manmohan Singh World Punjabi Centre Patiala.
During this conference Prof.Gurbhajan Singh Gill’s book ‘Khair Panjan Paniyan Di’ will be released. Prof.Gill will also present a paper on ‘Contribution of Literature and Culture towards world peace’.
The other members of the delegation are; Sukhdev Singh Sirsa (General Secretary, Punjabi Sahitya Acedmy) eminent Punjabi poet Ujjagar Singh, Sahijpreet Singh Mangat, Ram Arsh, Manjit Indra, Dr. Gurminder Kaur Sidhu, Tarsem Barnala, Gurinder Kalsi, Dr. Vanita Delhi, Khalid Hussain (J&K) and Swarn from Mumbai.
