Punjab News- All DCs in districts should prepare Result Framework Document for 2013-14-Rajan Kashyap

Ferozepur, September 9, 2013: A meeting of Performance Management Division (PMD) was held today at Ferozepur under the chairmanship of Rajan Kashyap, Advisor, in which apart from Kundra Member, Surjit Singh Member Secretary RFD, the Commissioner, Ferozpeur/Faridkot Division, V.K.Sharma, Manjit Singh Narang, Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur, K.K.Yadav, Deputy Commissioner,Bhatinda, Ravi Bhagat, Deputy Commissioner, Faridkot, Dr.Basant Garg, Deputy Commisisner, Fazilka and Arshdeep Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Moga, also attended the meeting.

In the meeting, a detailed discussions was held on Result Framework Document for the year 2013-14.  Rajan Kashyap said, “The role of deputy commissioners is very important in implementing the programmes, policies, development work’. He said, “All the deputy commissioners should concentrate completely to implement the targets given by the government apart from implementing the government schemes in coordination with the commissioner of the division”.

In the meeting, the revenue department work, facilities being extended in Suvidha Centres, Saanjh Kendras, Fard Kendras, Right to Service Act, Right to Information Act, were also discussed by the deputy commissioners of Ferozepur/Faridkot divisions and the services being extended under the said Acts were also analyzed.

Rajan Kashyap also reviewed the Society Security, Education, Health and Family Welfare Department, Rural Development, Public Health, Rural Water Supply, MANREGA and administrative reforms of all the district for the year 2013-14.  He said the annual performance of all the deputy commissioners would be finalised on the basis of achievement of  targets.  The deputy commissioners also put forth their suggestions for more reforms in the RDF. 

On this occasion, Muham Taeeb, ADC Bhatinda, Rambir, ADC Sri Muktsar Sahib and Varinder Kumar Sharma, ADC Mansa along with officers of various departments were present.
