Chandigarh, August 11, 2022: Punjab Health Minister Chetan Singh Jouramajra visited the Hospital and Institute of Integrated Medical Sciences (HIIMS) Derabassi - India's first Integrated Medical Sciences Hospital, near Chandigarh, which has become a boon for kidney failure, liver failure, and cancer patients. The Minister took  stock of the hospital's unique medical treatment protocols and inspected the medical equipment and facilities being provided to the hospitalized patients.

It is imperative to mention that the Health Minister had recently honoured Acharya Manish, the founder of Shuddhi Ayurveda and HIIMS, with the Ayurveda Guru Award for his contribution in the field of healthcare. Jouramajra appreciated the efforts of Acharya Manish for the progress being made in the hospital.
 
Acharya Manish said, “We are delighted that Health Minister Chetan Singh Jouramajra liked the facilities and arrangements at HIIMS and appreciated the effective kidney treatment being provided at the hospital. We will continue our efforts for treatment of kidney failure, liver failure, and cancer patients.”
