Punjab Government's Pro-People Policies Make the Public Happy: Neena Mehta
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is Serious About Every Section of Society
Ludhiana, December 6, 2025: Addressing a street corner meeting organized in Civil Lines today, Neena Mehta, an active leader of the Aam Aadmi Party's women's wing, said that the Aam Aadmi Party government, under the able guidance of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, is striving to provide every basic facility to the people of Punjab.
Neena Mehta said that the Aam Aadmi Party government, immediately after assuming power in 2022, prioritized the welfare of the common people of the state by providing them with free education, free bus travel, free electricity, and now health insurance up to Rs. 10 lakh. She added that the government is soon going to fulfill all the promises made in its election manifesto 101% by providing Rs. 1100 per month to women. She said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has given a befitting reply to the opposition by fearlessly taking action against drug traffickers without any discrimination or pressure.
Neena Mehta said that the same administrative and police officers were in power during the previous governments, but those governments had surrendered to the mafia. However, Bhagwant Mann and his team, working with the same administrative system, have taken tough decisions for the betterment of the people.
