PUNJAB government issues instructions for payment / reimbursement of telephone bills

Chandigarh, March 14, 2013: The Punjab Government has issued instructions for the payment/reimbursement of the bills of telephone installed at the official accommodation of the officers of Punjab Civil Secretariat.

While disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of the Punjab Government said that written instructions in this regard have been issued to all Principal Secretaries, Administrative Secretaries, Under Secretaries/Minister, Secretaries/Minister, Deputy Secretaries, Under Secretaries, Private Secretaries and Personal Assistants of Punjab Civil Secretariat, wherein they have been asked to submit two verified photo copies of telephone/mobile bills for payment/reimbursement duly appended with copy of PAN card, e-mail ID, name, designation and address of the officer besides his bank name, address, IFSC code and account number. This information must reach at least one week earlier before the due date for payment.
