A remarkable display of debating prowess unfolded as Punjab Agricultural University's School of Business Studies (SBS), represented by the Management Science Association (MSA), excelled at the esteemed Dr. D.R. Singh British Parliamentary Debate held at PCTE Ludhiana.

Ludhiana, February 6, 2024:  A remarkable display of debating prowess unfolded as Punjab Agricultural University's School of Business Studies (SBS), represented by the Management Science Association (MSA), excelled at the esteemed Dr. D.R. Singh British Parliamentary Debate held at PCTE Ludhiana.

The team, comprised of four talented MBA students specializing in Agribusiness Management - Aryan Sardana, Gautam, Ayush Saini, and Jaskirat, showcased exceptional skills throughout the competition. Among 64 competing teams, they progressed seamlessly into the second round, showcasing adeptness in navigating topics spanning geopolitics and the global economy.

In the final round, the team passionately debated the topic "Bangladesh: The Prime Investment Destination in Asia," impressing with their articulate arguments and effective presentation. Their representation highlighted the depth of knowledge within Punjab Agricultural University and earned acclaim for their persuasive abilities.

Dr Ramandeep Singh, Director of the School of Business Studies, Punjab Agricultural University, congratulated the participants and the MSA faculty team. He emphasized balancing academic, cultural, and sports activities to foster well-rounded professionals.

Dr Babita, Chairperson of MSA, encouraged students to participate actively in MSA-organized events, underscoring their significance in shaping future professional success.

The competition, held in memory of Dr DR Singh, Former Dean of the College of Basic Sciences and Humanities at PAU and Founder of Ludhiana Management Association, serves as a platform to commemorate his legacy while nurturing the next generation of debaters and intellectuals.
