Puneri Paltan seeks Ganpati Bappa’s divine blessings ahead of home leg

Pune, September 10, 2019: Puneri Paltan, which represents the Pune team of the Vivo Pro Kabaddi League visited the pandal of Pune’s ‘Manacha Pahila’ - Kasba Ganapati to pay their respects and seek blessings of Bappa ahead of the upcoming Pune leg. With fervour and enthusiasm all the players of the team along with head coach Anup Kumar visited the pandal to seek the deity’s blessings. The players also performed the aarti and distributed prasad to the devotees present at the temple. During the visit, they were also felicitated by the Kasba Ganapati trust. Fans were enthralled to see their favourite team at the pandal. After the prayers, some excited fans also took selfies and autographs of their favourite players. Beginning the home-leg campaign on an auspicious note after taking Bappa’s Darshan has filled the team with renewed vigour, zeal and enthusiasm to perform. Puneri Paltan will start its home leg campaign on Saturday, September 14th, when they will be playing against Gujarat Fortune Giants.
