Mumbai (Anil Bedag): Taking a significant step toward giving global recognition to cow-based industries, innovation, and entrepreneurship, Gau Tech 2026 will be held from March 20 to 23, 2026, at the Agriculture College Ground in Pune. The international summit and exhibition aim to create a strong platform for the cow-based economy, natural farming, Panchgavya products, and rural entrepreneurship. Policymakers, scientists, industrialists, start-up investors, farmers, and organizations associated with cow welfare from India and abroad are expected to participate in large numbers.
Addressing a press conference in Mumbai, Vallabhbhai Kathiria, founder of Global Confederation of Cow-Based Industries, said, “The aim of Gau Tech 2026 is to provide a global platform for cow-based industries, technology, and innovation, which can generate new opportunities for rural economy and employment.” He added that the event will feature over 300 stalls, more than 12 seminars, B2B meetings, and participation from international delegates, with an expected footfall of over 500,000 visitors.
The exhibition will showcase sectors such as organic fertilizers, bio-pesticides, cow urine and dung-based products, natural farming, dairy and value-added milk products, bio-energy, fodder industry, and live displays of indigenous Indian cattle breeds.
Shekhar Moondada stated, “The grand inauguration will take place on March 20, while the closing ceremony will be held on March 23, with special discussions on cow-based industries, natural farming, and Panchgavya innovations.” The event aims to strengthen rural employment and promote a sustainable economy through cow-based industries.
