Public Grievances Addressed in Samadhan Shivir as per directions of DC Sachin Gupta
As per the directions of Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, the district administration organised Samadhan Shivir at the local Mini Secretariat auditorium to hear and resolve public grievances. Citizens’ issues were heard on the spot, and concerned departmental officers were directed to ensure prompt and effective redressal.
Rohtak, February 16, 2026: As per the directions of Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, the district administration organised Samadhan Shivir at the local Mini Secretariat auditorium to hear and resolve public grievances. Citizens’ issues were heard on the spot, and concerned departmental officers were directed to ensure prompt and effective redressal.
In addition to the district headquarters, Samadhan Shivir were also organised at the Sub-Divisional Headquarters of Sampla and Meham, ensuring wider outreach and accessibility for citizens. Senior officers from the concerned departments were present to facilitate resolution of grievances related to multiple departments under one roof.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all departmental officers to accord top priority to grievances received during Samadhan Shivir and ensure their time-bound disposal. In accordance with government instructions, Samadhan Shivirs are being organised every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the district headquarters as well as all sub-divisional headquarters. The objective of these Shivir is to provide swift, transparent, and citizen-centric grievance redressal at a single platform.
Following the Deputy Commissioner’s directions, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, along with DSP Gulab Singh, DRO Pramod Chahal, and DDPO Rajpal Chahal, heard citizens’ grievances during the Samadhan Shivir. Officers present were instructed to ensure early and appropriate resolution of the issues. It was emphasised that departments must maintain direct communication with the complainants, keep them informed about the action being taken, and ensure their satisfaction.
The Samadhan Shivir was attended by DMC Jitender Singh, LDM Mahavir Prasad, District Soldier and Para-Military Welfare Officer Wing Commander Gaurika Suhag, and senior officers from various departments.
