PU Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival Enters the Day Four

After three days of enthusiastic participation at the PU Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival – Ludhiana Zone- B at Ramgarhia Girls College, the festival entered  day four with equal gusto and verve.

Ludhiana, October 10, 2022: After three days of enthusiastic participation at the PU Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival – Ludhiana Zone- B at Ramgarhia Girls College, the festival entered  day four with equal gusto and verve. 

Gurpreet Singh Toor, IPS was the Chief Guest for the morning session and Ashok Prashar Pappi, MLA, Ludhiana was the Chief Guest for the evening session .  Harpal Singh Mangat Retired Chief Manager Bank of India was the Guest of Honour. Offg.Principal Dr. Rajeshwarpal Kaur, Ranjodh Singh, President,  Gurucharan Singh Lotey, General Secretary, Ramgarhia Educational Council welcomed the guests.  The students of PG Dept. of Music Vocal rendered shabad. 

The fourth day witnessed amazing performances in competitions of  Kavishri, Vaar Singing, Kali Singing, Classical Dance Group Dance(General),and Fine Arts Items like On the Spot Painting, Photography, Collage Making, Clay Modeling, Rangoli, Cartooning, Still Life Drawing, Installation, Poster Making. All the participants exhibited their creativity enthusiastically. The stage items revived the folk songs of the state of Punjab, and gave the audience food for  thought. The honorable guests admired the immense talent of the students and congratulated them on achieving such levels of perfection. Offg. Principal Dr. Rajeshwarpal Kaur lauded the hard work of the participants. Ranjodh Singh, President REC said that such competitions develop talent and creativity skills  among the students. 

Daljit Singh Gaidu, Gurmeet Singh Kular, Hakam Singh,   Harvinder Singh and Amarjeet Singh Tara also graced the occasion with their presence. The day concluded with a vote of thanks by Gurucharan Singh Lotey.
